Part of the 1947-55 Advance-Design truck line, this one has the 2-piece windshield that indicates a 1947-53 model, while the push button style door handle makes it a 1952+ model: with a 1951-52 (painted) hood side emblem, it's a 1952 only truck.

There's no way to identify a 6400 over a 4400, both sharing the 161"/4.09 m wheelbase:
