 Volvo 740. AFAIK all 760 (even Turbo) got chrome door handles. Pls correct me if I'm wrong.

 You're probably right. So far I haven't found anything that proves otherwise.
But, most 740 had brightwork around the windows, suggesting that this might, but just might, be a 'Black Line' edition or a Turbo (or Turbo Diesel), or perhaps a GLT (or GLT 16 Valve).
Otherwise it's just styled.
