Collecting milk for the Hawes dairy to make into Wensleydale cheese - as enjoyed by Wallace & Gromit several decades later. XG 7394 = 1939 Middlesbrough issue.

Yes definetly the bigger O type had shorter bonnet as it was semi forward control ( ie footwells alongside the engine ) to give a longer load bed in the overall length.
