In order to get these wheels, you have to either choose one of two Premium packages (these packages require specific paint colors, either the Crystal Red Premium Package, or the White Diamond Premium Package), or the Power Convenience Package (allowing these wheels to be equipped to any available color, including the aforementioned colors), according to the 2014 Malibu configurator.
