zodiac ◊ 2014-01-12 17:31	As it has black window frames it might be a GLT or a Turbo, but in Europe (at least in Sweden) there was at the time also a version called "Black Line" -featuring looking the same, but based on a GL model. I believe that was in 1988 or 1989. However the wheels might suggest (easily changeable) a 1986-ish model. The Turbo, as well as the GLT (16 valve) version had a grid pattern black grill while the GL and GLE had a ribbed grill with chrome surroundings and later GLE had it all chromed.

I think this is a 740 Turbo, Volvo never introduced a GLT of the 740 series for the US market (as I know) but the GLE models from 1988 > had the 16 Valve Engine
