First registered in 1994, but this is somewhat older.

Why does a hairdressing van need emergency lights? May be a re-registered RAC/AA/repair/utilities van which originally had one of "amusing" plates.

@dsl It may be too late for you but hair loss is caused by growing insulin resistance from a diet high in sugar, nothing age related or genetically predetermined. It's why for example the Japanese start to lose their hair when they adopt a western diet. Or native Americans. Google the studies...

I hadn't realised Japanese people adopted Native Americans and then went bald.

 Wasn't there the scene with putting the light on the roof in the opening http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gh3MqnlRMbw ? I'm too young to remember that.

@rjluna2: no kidding, these mobile police/emergency lights, the driver puts on the car, is still (nick-)named in Germany "Kojak-light" :D Even there: Link to "www.taz.de" Or if a civil police patrol chases you (the use them, too - and the cops also uses this nickname. If they weren't too young or from the East).
