There were very few design 7356's delivered with export bumpers and built-in headlamps (about 5 or 6, I think). The Buckingham Hire C° Ltd had two of them in the 1960's. They bought FLW49 in 1964 and they re-registered it because the original owner had retained his cherished number CGO9. 765HYH is a 1964 number - their other 7356car was TLC437. Since they were in the hire business, the car in the film is very likely to be #FLW49. |
