Maybe should we call it MSM (for Matral Saxby Manutention) since it appears the two companies, Matral and Saxvy, merged in 1975 http://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichJuriJudi.do?idTexte=JURITEXT000007011260 But maybe there is still a brand named "Saxby".
