That's definitely a Magnus grille, but it was never sold as a Daweoo in the US or Canada (the two countries the movie was filmed in). It's likely either a Chevrolet Epica (Canada) or Suzuki Verona (US) with a Magnus grille slapped on. |

Perhaps the car had to be repaired after a bump and the Daewoo grille was cheaper. |
