It's a 1990 model. It has the 1990-1991 hubcaps but the lower amber turn signal lenses eliminate 1991 as a possibility. |

Possible explanation to that is it was probably an Ex. Philadelphia PD Car that the movie studio bought. Then when they needed it for this movie they just slapped on the Detroit Police logos. |

Or it was just an old Philadelphia PD prop car and the production didn't bother to give it the proper Detroit PD paint job. |
