R3 didn't have those dliding window. Also the R3 is extremely rare whereas the 1962-1965 basic R4 had the same windowless C-pillar. But this one must be 1966+ because of the sliding window, and therefore it'll be an 'Administration' version as used by edf and other state-related organisations. |

Only way to be sure is to see the R3 badge (big 3 with Renault written in the centre bar) and the greenish-gray paint. Only 2526 R3's were built until Summer 1962. The car shown could be a R3 with replaced windows... |
