It looks like a Caterpillar 12, seen from here. It could be a Komatsu too, since we are in Thailand. |

Hello, mike962, king of busting construction vehicles and many others! Would you identify this one? Quite Caterpillar-ish to me but that's how far I can guess. -- Last edit: 2013-10-30 13:12:39 |

sorry but to ID graders you need a good cabin view unfortunatly this one doesn't have a cabin and neither good view... |

for comparison, does anybody really believe this could be solved ? and looks way too far in background for 1 star I put some likely options there, Caterpillar 12 , early Komatsu GD 37 , Averling Barford and a Galion but as you can see it's just not visible enough to make out any details.... bilder kostenlos hochladen |

It does look a lot like a Galion, doesn't it? |

how do you figure ? Galion is the black white pic at bottom |

Is there any grader besides a Galion that has that plate over the front axle? |
◊ 2014-07-04 21:13 |
how about an Adams .. you see the plate isn't really that much of a clue Link to "www.heavyequipmentforums.com" http://www.vannattabros.com/2009-1/adams666-6.jpg -- Last edit: 2014-07-04 21:16:40 |

I suppose at this distance we don't really know what it is. |
◊ 2014-07-04 21:23 |
my point all along, it's simply too far in background and just 1 star anyway.. |
◊ 2014-07-04 21:28 |
I think it's probably not Komatsu and is probably American. Link to "www.ebay.com" |

so should this be deleted for being too far in background or is it solvable ? |
◊ 2014-07-13 20:35 |
Probably not really solvable at this distance but might be interesting to keep. |

watched the scene myself at 5.05 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RQZ8btXC7_U the only thing which I notice it seems the rear engine hood is SLOPPED which means this may be a ADAMS as the main pillar looks to match Link to "www.heavyequipmentforums.com" |
