My Escort bible describes non-UK model names for Germany, Benelux and Switzerland, with many overlaps and changes (eg Fun becomes Flair) and a picture of each market throwing up their own names/versions in a fragmented mess. Italy not mentioned, nor France, Spain and others. It's chaos out there ....
