 1960+ Simca Océane.

 I'd say this is a 1961 model already. The 1960 version had a more curved bumper.

 Agreed with Mike, 1961 because of overriders on the bumpers. Remind that Océane (and Plein Ciel) since 1959 have new grill and are named P60! ;)
