Yes. Since 1967 it had the body same like the Fiat (of Fiat) - similar to this one with row of vent holes above the hood, so I would say a 1967+ Europa, but this vehicle confuses me - it is some hybrid body with old doors, mentioned vents and still long canvas top (since 1967 Steyr had to have short one only)... No, this early version with the long sunroof was available at the very beginning in Austria, too. In 1959 the 500 DL had the new higher roof without sunroof and with larger rear window. |

The long soft top was available in Austria much longer than in Italy, the "D" version didn't replaced it completly. This is the later type of roof (no matter is it canvas or not) due to the mentioned vents below the rear window, which early Steyr (both "canvas" and "dach") didn't have at least till the mid 60s. |
