This would have to be a Club Wagon by the rear windows. Cargo/Commercial vans were not offered with them. Plus, this is extended ruling out [E-150] and [E-250]. Those tail lamps were used on newer models in markets were they required amber turn signals. The lug nuts rule out E-150 too. E-250 is ruled out as this is not a handicapped passenger van. Edit: Gamer that is the 1992-1996 dashboard so your assessment is spot on with the plate. They must have made this bad boy look newer.
