It doesn't have the wings that were used as a badge on the International cars, but rather two of the AM badges that were used on the 1921-1926 cars. I have never seen one with two badges before. The International was (according to all sources I have found) presented at the 1929 London Motor Show (in October 1929), so I find it unlikely that this should be an International when it was registered more than a year before the model was presented to the public. This picture clearly showing the unusual dual AM badge is from season 1, episode 3, at the time 00:20:39 (I had to crop it to make it narrower than 720 pixels):
