It's probably a 67/68 works Cooper Maserati T81 or T86. Cooper ran various engines in 67-68 as Cooper Maserati and Cooper BRM, but I think the big front grille was Cooper Maserati - eg this T86 - http://www.kidston.com/images/cars/52_1.jpg - although there were smaller grille as well eg http://www.flickr.com/photos/f1prints/5760810729/ .
