HCB-Angus but later than a 1960s registration by the one-piece windscreen - introduction date about 1972 but there was some considerable overlap when both types of windscreen were available. Early examples had two-piece windscreens. If the last letter is 'D' it could be a prefix registration therefore 'A' 1984, to 'D' 1987 and therefore nearly new at time of filming 1984. Edit: Also silhouette Bedford badge from 1976 with larger grille mounted BEDFORD lettering. The high mounted side-lights and turn signals was available in the 1980s as an alternative to low down above-bumper height units. -- Last edit: 2019-09-07 14:11:08 |
