This is a '90 or '91 Grand Marquis... in the scene where Mr. Wilson flies out of the driveway in reverse, you can see the rear seats have shoulder belt seat belts. The '88 and '89 models had lap belts for all rear seat occupants. |

Beautiful car! I love the opera lights its a shame Mercury is no longer in business. It was nice having a mid-tier premium vehicle marque above Ford, but not quite as luxury as Lincoln. These were essentially "Ford Buicks". Here is a tour of the same model year: https://youtu.be/XUQlI9frYZI |

The above links are my own videos of my personal car. While it is the same model year as the movie's, the color is a bit different. Also there is no french rear window in the movie and it has the turbine wheels as mine as the wire wheel covers. Otherwise it's a pretty close match. |

I absolutely love your car! I hope you didn't mind me posting your tour videos, but they're a go-to of mine when I want to see a video of a pristine Grand Marquis of the era. I'm glad to see it seems you're really enjoying the car and taking good care of it. I wish they still made Mercury. |
