Local Royal Mail van - these were bought in bulk and distributed throughout Scotland (and rest of UK?). Plate is L816 EXF or similar, but no obvious match. |

My impression is that it is an LB51 plate which would make sense as most Royal Mail Escort Vans of this period were London registered. |
