It's the Soviet Union's (second) anthem, about halfway through the song. Their first anthem was "The Internationale", a French song that was replaced by the (second) anthem, a Soviet-made one. |

That's true, the Internationale is the universal socialist theme song, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9vkOQXCCb4U The French president and the socialist party here in Belgium have it at their party conferences. Always a disturbing sight. |
