For a bit of backstory into the Oshkosh in the movie Snow Day, My uncle owned the truck before and after Paramount bought and sold back the truck for the movie, Paramount also needed him to drive the truck for all the drive by scenes as they needed someone experienced in operating it. After the movie was out, my uncle took the truck to the Calgary Stampede for people to take photos with, he charged money for it but donated it all to a charity researching Leukaemia as a family member was diagnosed with it at the time. he no longer owns it but does have some photos of it. ![]() |
