That crossed my mind too, but Autocar wasn't the only truck manufacturer to make Cabover Engines at the time. |

I think you're on the right track guys, The grill shroud in the link is remarkably similar to the open cab above. The pic is a 1930's Autocar Cabover link |

It is indeed a Autocar. Here is a confirmation which I received: "The old truck at the bottom left of the Sea-Biscuit link page appears to be a 2-cylinder Auto-Car" |

It's an Autocar, but not one of their two cylinder models. It's a 1925 Autocar with a hopped-up 327 Chevrolet engine and two transmissions in it. |
