Full DVLA details for LO59 OUG are: Date of Liability 01 07 2010 Date of First Registration 15 01 2010 Year of Manufacture 2010 Cylinder Capacity (cc) 4163cc CO2 Emissions 325g/Km Fuel Type PETROL Export Marker Y Vehicle Status Unlicensed Vehicle Colour BLUE Vehicle Type Approval M1 So it's officially blue and has an export marker, which suggests it did not die in UK. No trace of LO59 DUG on check sites. If Audi UK registered cars in LO59 series, it might be something interesting (a test model which went back to D for examination afterwards???). If not, perhaps a temporary UK plate for someone who took it home to a RHD country?
