Was it armored, I can’t remember if any bullets breached the "hull" ? (or more to the point, was it "portrayed" as being armored in the film ?) Obviously, live rounds weren’t used for the actor’s safety. |

No, it wasn't armored. But Sarah Connor (Linda Hamilton) grabbed a bunch of bullet-proof vests and placed them around the back doors/windows for added protection, as well as over John Connor. |
