I guess it is 1927, but it is very difficult to be sure. The superior part of the cooler is elliptical, and before 1926 this superior line had similar lines to the cooler as a complete piece.
The mudguards lines of this car shows a contour which is not common to see on most Packards, which have mudguards with no lines.
