Elegance by chrome thrim and no alloys. Those always had white indicators (at least in Europe) |

He may have confused himself with the S-Klasse as those indicators changed for 1995. The C-Klasse Esprit and Classic had amber indicators 1994-1995. I pulled NL brochures to confirm when they changed the tail lamps. I liked those orange ones 1995 MY brochure(printed 8/94). 1996 MY brochure(printed 8/95). |

Yes, of course, I meant Elegance-trimmed ones always had white ones |

Also, it appears 1994-1995 Classic do not carry a badge on the molding. That may help us narrow some early Esprit down? |

I have to check, anyway I don't think I ever saw an Esprit (not too common trim here btw) without white indicators or alloys Edit: yes, it seems early Classics didn't have a badge on the side molding. Possibly @tore-40 can imput more? -- Last edit: 2023-06-12 21:32:40 |

I should've responded earlier, but I made a typo.. 5 was next to the 4 and I thought I put in 4 after 199.... -- Last edit: 2023-06-12 21:54:29 |
