I don't recall Plymouth Valiant sold with convertible model, but it could be chopped off |

Appears to have a "Q" registration number, but now doesn't seem to exist on DVLA |

1975-'76 grille but note white pk lamp lenses and rv mirror fastened with a header bar. This is a 1975. |

Found the details on the DVLA site: Vehicle enquiry The enquiry is complete. The vehicle details for Q115 VAM are: Date of Liability 01 10 1985 Date of First Registration 19 10 1983 Year of Manufacture 1983 Cylinder Capacity (cc) 4cc CO2 Emissions Not Available Fuel Type GAS Export Marker N Vehicle Status Unlicensed Vehicle Colour BRONZE Vehicle Type Approval Not Available I take it the Year of Manufacture is an error, although I would have thought it would have been given a "Q" registration suffix, rather than a prefix, number The make is actually listed with DVLA as "76Plymouth" Also the episode it featured in was broadcast at Christmas 1988. Assuming it was filmed during that year, it hadn't been taxed for almost three years prior to filming. -- Last edit: 2013-01-07 14:21:45 |

In the late-90s, I saw one of these on the road during a vacation in San Diego, California. I thought it was just a private customization, but perhaps there may actually have been a company that converted them? -- Last edit: 2013-01-09 04:39:31 |

Do I take those shots to mean this car is still around? |
