I don't know if J40, but Toyota Land Cruiser sounds sound, yes. (The rectangular blinkers on the front fender, the fender itself, and some other items.) "J40" would fit in the date, too. |

Brazilian officials, it seems, so this should be a local Toyota Bandeirante. (Googling "Toyota Bandeirante" gives many photos of the car with this peculiar exhaust pipe.)
