I think it might be a M-26 pershing. |

it has 6 base wheels but this could be also from the Patton series cos they too have 6 base wheels.. |

![]() you have any footage from the end of the main gun ? I counted 4 top wheels but NEITHER the M26 or any of the Patton family have that think they must forgot to draw one ![]() -- Last edit: 2013-08-16 20:09:54 |

No, I don't. I never thought that would ever turn out to be a pivotal identifying point and I really thought this would be an easy ID with the captures provided. Well, can't always be right, can I? |

it's really mysterious it has those side skirts but are missing at the front part of the tank I noticed the M26 Pershing has this distinctive buldge which wasn't on the Patton family ![]() |

MEH ![]() actually that was on the early M46 Patton ![]() -- Last edit: 2013-08-16 20:27:51 |

Looking at turret shape even more I narrowed it down to just the M26 Pershing or the M46 Patton , we can exclude M47 and M48 problem both look extramly similar M26 left, M48 right ![]() ![]() IMO I would go with the M26 Pershing because it simply more famous tank and some more action (WW2 and Korea while M46 just Korea) so that's what the producers maybe had in mind plus had controversial story tied up to General Patton ... so is LATEEF hapy ? ![]() -- Last edit: 2013-08-17 18:43:10 |

![]() so you agree, we leave it an M26 Pershing ? since you really insist to have this drawing of a tank here ![]() manufacturer was Fisher /vehicle_573658-Fisher-M26--Pershing-.html -- Last edit: 2013-08-18 17:34:03 |
