Is there a good view of the ep2.07 plate? looks - like DOM 737R (or something similar) - not DOH 521R. Also a yellow one in ep 16 - 1st thumb /vehicle_9462-Triumph-TR7-1976.html with plate ending ...52R. -- Last edit: 2012-12-25 12:09:13 |

Great to see that both cars still exist, with OOM 721R taxed and MOT'd through 2024. So often people who own "star cars" enjoy showing them off, although that being said, I suspect many do not, and are just happy to keep the car to themselves in a private collection. Every time I see a BL car from the Seventies, I feel rather bittersweet as the designs are fantastic, but the reputation and pending demise so disappointing. In recently rewatching, this is one of the best British 1970s "crime" shows embracing the stylish forward-thinking British designs of the Seventies, yet still retaining a touch of the past with John Steed and his bowler and brolly. Another great work by Brian Clemens, just as the TR7 was another great design of Harris Mann. |

In looking at the last photo of OOM 562R, it appears to have a black canvas sunroof, whereas in the scene of OOM 721R parked in Steed's garage, that model does not have that option. |
