 while it is obviousely in the style of S6 and rear grille makes it a Kässbohrer most probably,
The roof line has a bow form, right from drivers door, totally odd for Setra.
headlight frog eye could be a hint,...

 Auwärter in Stuttgart and Kässbohrer Ulm allways neck and neck
although not beeing a Neoplan (house brand of Auwärter with straight roof line ) we have to consider it could be bodied by Auwärter

 my first thought in 2012 was a small Borgward like the B 250 Ottenbacher and Wankmiller used Borgward, too

Büssing and others excluded by size, so i am almost sure it is a Borgward B 250 Wankmiller

in link a smaller B 2000 Borgward made a bus very similar to Setra Baby S6, but very rare.
