1970 for sure.
Gray windshield sealing suggests DS however car has straight (non-hydraulic) gearbox steering.
DSpecial or DS20 M?

I am curious as to why you date it as a 1970 model - did you look up the colour? As for the rest it could be anywhere between 1968 and 1972.
As from March 1963 all DS cars could also be had with the manual (initially 4-speed, later 5) gearbox, so given the dating above it is most likely a DS21M or DS21M IE.

She has last type of dashboard, since September 1969.

Hmm, that date is not all that clear-cut (as some Citroën historians would present it to be). Have a look at and compare these brochures for the 1969 model year:

http://www.citroenet.org.uk/passenger-cars/michelin/ds/brochures/127.html

I cannot speak for production elsewhere, but as far as ZA assembled cars is concerned, a sure-fire way of distinguishing a 1968 is a combination of last front and dip-dash.

As so often there are problems concerning the dating of cars: actual year or model year... But I agree with 130rapid: the new three-clock dashboard came in September 1969 for model year 1970.

It's easy to find outdated photos in factory brochures. (And one year missed isn't something special. Some producers used very outdated photos. You can find 1966 Trabant in 1972 and even 1975 factory brochure).
Citroën used model year system for ID/DS. The production numbers were counted since autumn to autumn.
However many minor changes were made within model year.
We are using this pages for ID and DS decoding by technical changes, and this one by details and colors.
You can't find nothing better about Deese on web.
