Indeed, it is the 1960 Chevrolet Brookwood 2 door station wagon. -- Last edit: 2012-12-29 03:19:10 |

This is definitely not a Brookwood 1215. I am pretty sure it's a Biscayne Sedan Delivery that was cut for glass during the ambulance conversion. I own a 1215, I'll add a pic for comparison. The windows and tailgate are different. The 1215 has the standard wagon tailgate that hinges at the bottom with roll down rear glass. This one has the Biscayne Sedan Delivery rear tail gate that opens upward. ![]() |

Looks like the plate provided by 60buick clearly a V8 engine version of Brookwood 2-Door Station wagon. The 1960 Chevrolet Sedan Delivery consist blank out side which the subject vehicle clearly does not have. 1960 Chevrolet Sedan Delivery: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:1960_Chevrolet_Sedan_Delivery.jpg 1960 Chevrolet Brookwood 2-Door Station Wagon: Link to "www.oldcarbrochures.com" More information: https://oldmotors.net/1960-chevys-last-big-sedan-delivery/ http://www.348-409.com/1960factpage.html Care to rebut my information? |
