 Well it is a Morgan, 4-Seater version. I'll let someone else fill in the gaps.

 I think it has the higher bonnet line of a Plus 4 than 4/4; this was reprofiled in late 66 but still higher until production stopped in early 69. Orange sidelights were early 60s. My guess is 66-69 for this one - see eg /vehicle_292254-Morgan-Plus-4-4-Seater-1958.html for previous higher version; also a same era 4/4 for comparison - /vehicle_504859-Morgan-4-4-1968.html - (and bewilderment about what colour schemes people like for their cars).
