 This was a 1975 model as the grille was seen a few seconds before and the removable roof disappeared after 1975.

Yep!! Cheyenne trim package, Nice truck!!! I have a '75 Blazer Cheyenne like this one, Except mine's blue and white, I also repowered it with a Vortec 5700 350.
