[E-350] or [E-250] but I would say the former as it seems to be passenger version. Camp buses back then were usually E-350/E-150 as the E-250 did not sell Club Wagon/passenger models. Based off the hubcaps (E-250/E-350) I would vote for E-350 Club Wagon or at the very least E-350 but we can leave it as is until more pictures surface.

Wouldn't the 8-lug wheels make it a E-350? I think the E-150 had 5-lug.

@night_cub. Just to clear up the lug nuts. The E-150 was 5 lug until 2008. 2009-2014 E-150s are 8 lugs.

Here are the E-150 wheels: https://www.hubcaphaven.com/c/388/ford_e-150_wheels_rims.html
