 J suffix plates issued 1970.

 The bonnet bulges were added for MY 1971 so it's listed correctly.

 Default as 2000 - not sure if 3500, but I don't think so.

 LVX 189J was genuine Essex plate - Nov 70 to June 71 - we have other sightings as 3500, so switching.
