New to me, certainly. My initial research suggests it may have been built by Wagner.

^ That's what I understood also. I also found references to 'Wagnermobile'. Anyways these were built in Portland, Oregon at least from 1930's to around 1970's...

Scoopmobile was bought by Wabco in 1968 and sold as such from that point on (not relevant in a 1967 movie, but worth noting for future reference).

A small number were built in New Zealand and sold as Moore-Hewco Scoopmobile: Link to "www.contrafedpublishing.co.nz"
