Ford of 1931 by the radiator shell, and it is guessed assembled in Manchester.
If it's 3285cc model, Ford Model A, or if 2023cc for RAC H/P, Ford Model AF...

Four cylinder European Ford AF's had all a 2043 cc (not 2023 cc ) , bore 77 mm X stroke 107 mm engine rated as a 14,9 hp in the UK and as a 12 cv in France. The stroke of 107 mm was the same as in the A engine but the bore of 77 mm was smaller , A's had a bore of 98 mm with a 3.3 litre capacity.Either there has been an error in the DVLA recording or another engine was installed, but the latter seems very unlikely since these Ford engines are still readily found. It is also possible that the original engine was re-bored . For information , a 1931 coupe as this one sold for £ 205 in the UK

Thank you for information.
In your opinion, the possibility of AF is high and DVLA record says 2400cc. Re-bore the original sounds most natural.
I'm leaning to Ford Model AF for these reasons.

and I correct my memory to 2043cc :)
