For some strange reason, I keep thinking of a 1935 Ford. |

Hello all, Its a 1938-39 Standard 'Flying-14' DHC... I know its not a Lanchester 'Roadrider' as I own one - and whilst similar, their also very diffent! - Sorry! |

EPC 639 (Surrey) mid 1936 - early 1937 I guess? Needs confirmation. I'm not certain but it looks like the earlier non-waterfall grille perhaps to me. DHC bodies were made by Mulliner Birmingham, Twelve and Fourteen visually the same. 1937 Flying Standard Twelve DHC -- Last edit: 2019-11-03 12:38:49 |

I think that your grille suggestion would fit the fact that the fencer’s mask grille did not seem to be introduced until 1938. EPC, June July 1936. -- Last edit: 2019-11-03 13:22:10 |

V-Eight Twenty ‘waterfall’ type grille, from October 1936. The slimmer 'waterfall' grille introduced October 1937 for the 1938 model year on the other models. |
