This has the look of some artillery tractors that were built for Belgium or Denmark on Ford 4x4 chassis I think.

Yes definetly official name FORD F6 COE converted to 4x4 by Marmon-Herrington , hard to get pictures of but heres some info , used by Belgium army then sent to Congo as police vehicles;-

Footage Taken in Boende circa 1964, troops with red beret are Katangese Gendarme, guy running away is a Simba Rebel

Truck was either Mercenary or Congolese army owned, hence the Yellow ID Cross on the side and roof
