This is a built 1/16th scale Otaki plastic kit of the Jaguar Piranha, followed by the Nichimo 1/16th scale 1967 Mustang model. Since we have no model car section yet, this car must be identified as the Jaguar Piranha, not the Lambo.

Seems also Politoys done a Piranha miniature,in 1/43(but model shown here resembles also a 1968-1977Lamborghini Espada 2+2,given similar shape and stylist-Bertone)

We shouldn't be listing little models, characters can't use models as transport.

There were one film on this site, I can't remember which one but it was an American teen movie, and that listed a model car on a desk in a boy's bedroom. I thought it was totally gratuitous.

That one was moved to comments if I remember well. Ditto for the dinky-toys Peugeot 403 that I posted long time ago for a movie.
The only ones that were kept is a Citroën Type H & a remove controlled Corvette (I think) because both had a very important role in the movie.

What is wrong with a model car section? Model cars are cars and when they are in movies, they are cars in movies.

Yes but so I should find a way to separate them, aswell as cartoon cars...

A model car is not really a car, it is a model of a car. Is a model plane (as in an airfix model) a plane, no because it doesn't fly.

Actually for the same reason cartoon cars should not be listed. It was actually an error to accept them at first :D

This movie is easy to find on DVD under the international title " Mighty Peking Man".

I think it should be Pirana, not Piranha ?

Pirana, indeed. Styled and built by Bertone in 1967 for "The Daily Telegraph Magazine".
