The black bar around the "12" was introduced for the (pink) 1975-sticker. The colours are not really authentic, but anyways: Link to "www.b4boberbayern.de"

But for those it's problematical, too. Very slow, very expensive, with a detour via China. Mobile phone and GPS-systems are forbidden. We have to store them in the agency's office in Peking for that time.
