Car apparently only known as Cizeta V16T - although the parent company was Cizeta-Moroder (due to funding by George Moroder of http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7r83-y3j2A fame). Only 8 made 1988-94, then 2 more in 1999, and a unique spider in 2003 - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cizeta . Interesting further info at Link to "wheels.blogs.nytimes.com" - is this the same red 1994 car??? |

Event is the 2001 Concours on Rodeo Drive. I'm guessing it's the same 1999 model that was at the 2009 Concours Rodeo. |

Whatever year it is, it is IMO not pre-1991. In 1992 annual catalogue it is written in such way, that someone can be nearly sure, that only one prototype was built in 1988 (and introduced in 1989), before the """serial""" production has started somewhere in 1991. On the other hand, it rather can't be a 1994* or 1999 car, as it still has horizontal ribs in the side intakes. Menawhile already the 1993 car had more modern, vertical ones. *The linked by dsl '94 Cizeta already has new-different ribs. -- Last edit: 2012-09-21 18:53:05 |
