Nothing obvious in /movie_65215-Winning.html . Maybe pre-filming?

Might be a car from the Bondurant Racing School stable.

The truck looks late 60s Fiat, so probably Italy or other Europe setting?

Looks like Bondurant advising James Garner (no helmet) for Grand Prix...?

..... in which case this quote from /movie_60472-Grand-Prix.html is interesting:
Davidson wrote Sorry to contradict 'mgisbert', but the car which Pete Aron (James Garner) drove in the film was not the Honda but was based on the new McLaren M2B http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/McLaren_M2B .Sadly the new McLaren was unreliable (with the uncompetitive V8 Ford unit being replaced with a Serenissima unit) and most of the actual race scenes made use of other cars painted to represent the McLaren (white with a green stripe) including the Team Chamaco Collect BRM P261 of Bob Bondurant [dsl inserted note - see /vehicle.php?id=516652 ]. The scene pictured in this link shows Aron (Garner) in an F3 car mocked-up to look like the McLaren. Link to "badgergp.com"

White with green stripe reference looks good here as do the vents. If pre-filming, the real (1966) Mclaren M2B would have been used before the substitutes were brought in?

Also see the 3rd thumb in the Alessandro58 2010-05-02 16:00 comment - aerial view with the white Mclaren closest.

And finally the truck here is similar to /vehicle_299184-Fiat-642-N2.html ?

Heh. Bondurant talked at length about how he was approached by Newman for help with Winning but they showed two Garners instead!
