The person who uploaded this to Youtube seems to know the episode number (series 13, episode 2) Shall I use this instead of just "1990"? Or is listing the year more helpful?

If all others are listed with years, it is better to use the same numbering. You can still add the real episode in comments of the known ones

Yes, the year probably is more helpful to people than the series/episode number (they usually made 2 series a year so by the end they were up to something like series number 40)
