1965+ by the wheels. Sold as Canadienne or Canadian in Canada (depends if French or English brochure/badge I'd guess). Assembled in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia (or in Halifax since 1967).

Why 1965 only? Why P121? Why Canadienne over Canadian?

If someone writes "1965" in the comments, I see it as they are saying "1965 only". 1965-1970 would mean the detail we can date until the end of production. 1965+ would mean the same thing but a little more vague...I wrote 1965+ since I wasn't sure about all the details like color and such.
I wasn't really sure if you were confirming what I said or where narrowing it down, that's all. It's not really necessary to write what have already been identified.
121 wasn't sold in Canada, it's either a 122 S or 123 GT, most likely an 122 S. Volvo thought that the 121 was underpowered for the north american market.
For the Amazon we use the first part of the chassis code in the chassis field to identify the number of doors; P120 = four-door sedan, P130 = two-door sedan and P220=wagon. But we can't see the number of doors in this picture.

You are correct. My mistake. "1965+" and "Volvo" then. Already listed as such.

I do that too. Sometimes I’ll type the model year with a "+" or with an "onward", if I’m in a hurry and don’t have time to sit down and examine the vehicle. I don’t really like to do that though. It is very vague and not very informative.

I often use +, particularly with British or European cars where one model can last for several years and I don't have information (e.g. registration) enabling me to date the vehicle.
