Both were made by Cadillac.

Its hard to tell if its an M24 or an M41 since it has fake armor added onto it.

It's a M24 Chaffee. They were made by Cadillac and Massey Harris. The M41 is larger. Plus, the drive sprocket on a M41 is mounted at the rear and the commander's cupola is on the right side of the turret instead of the left.

This looks similar to an M24 Chaffee in the movie "Paris brûle-t-il?" (1966). Could they be the same modified vehicle?

Judging by the fact it 99% resembles the one from 'Is Paris Burning?', this tank could portray a Panther. From what I read in another website it was indeed the same one from 'Is Paris Burning?'.
